1. Engineering Technician
Position Brief
To be responsible for the upper and tooling engineering coordination of new footwear products working with the developer from receipt of tech package and for the bulk sample review stage through commercialization and into production. Maintains connectivity with the product through the initial production phase and initiates the QC standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a technical, engineering, or industrial design field.
- 6 years footwear experience in a footwear engineering discipline or product creation with a global brand, 8 years experience if no degree.
- Understanding of the principles of pattern engineering, costing, quality implications, model making, part drawings, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated skill in problem solving and results orientation.
2. Quality Auditor
Position Brief
To ensure that the footwear manufacturing processes are executed and carried out based on Columbia SOP and PFC in the assigned factory. And also implement the final inspection activities and procedures as per the Columbia production requirement and collaborate with production to update daily production status on a daily basis. Use QA management tool and process to keep Columbia product in meeting consumer expectation.

Qualifications
- College or above, 6 years working experience in footwear QA area.
- Strong production scheduling and quality control skills
- Good communication skills in using both English and native language.
- Good problem solving abilities and potential leadership skills.
- Honest with integrity, team player, able to take pressure and challenges.
